«Nel settembre 2016, Frédéric e io abbiamo colto l’opportunità di suonare e registrare con un magnifico pianoforte Steinway del 1952, appartenuto alla fondazione Tibor Varga, in un luogo onirico immerso nella natura. Ci è sembrato naturale celebrare i nostri 15 anni di collaborazione con Claude Debussy, compositore che è all’origine del nostro sodalizio. La poesia è il filo conduttore. Questa registrazione è un omaggio sia all’illustre compositore francese sia ai poeti che l’hanno ispirata».
